Personal trainer and owner of GYM PLUS. More than ten years in the gym, and about 200 people who started with him and kept going.
Rashad has been coaching for more than ten years. In that time about 200 people have trained with him. Some came to lose weight after years at a desk. Some wanted to do their first pull-up. Plenty just wanted to stop feeling lost in a gym.
GYM PLUS is his own gym. Running it hasn't taken him off the floor: he still coaches clients himself.
He doesn't hand out template programs. The first meeting is a conversation: what you do all day, how you sleep, what has hurt before, how many times a week you can really come. Then comes a plan that fits your life, not the other way round.
Technique comes first. Weights go up once the movement is right, so the first weeks are spent on the basics: squat, deadlift, presses, core. No rush.
During the session he is next to you for the whole hour. He counts the reps, fixes your form and pushes when it gets hard. And he tells you honestly when you can do more.

Your goal, your experience, old injuries, your weekly schedule. Plus a few measurements so there is something to compare with later.
Exercises, weights and rest picked for you. Two sessions a week or four, the plan fits what you can really keep up.
60 minutes, just you and the trainer. Warm-up, main work, stretching. Form gets checked on every set.
Every four weeks: new measurements, a look at what worked, and changes to the plan.
Strength work plus cardio, and simple food habits you can stick to.
Steady progression in weights and volume, without burning out in the first month.
Squat, deadlift, bench press and pull-ups done right, so you can train safely on your own later.
First time in a gym? You get shown every machine and every move. Nobody judges here.
